BACKDROP SWITZERLAND LE TOUR invites you to discover – or to rediscover – Switzerland through more than a century of foreign films. James Bond, The Pink Panther, Sophia Loren, Hitchcock, all have taken advantage of the mythical backdrops Switzerland offers at spectacular locations such as Zermatt, Lucerne, Gstaad, St Moritz and many others.
Le Tour consists of carefully selected drives retracing scenic locations from iconic films.
Each Tour is curated by Cornelius Schregle, author and curator, and very special guests. Indeed, all along the Tours, you will meet actors, producers, stuntmen, and other film professionals who have taken part in these shoots and who will share stories and anecdotes.
